BCMS schedule of documents

Hi all,

On the BCMS opt out commencement notice, what's the "schedule of documents" that needs to be uploaded? Is it all of the separate drawings that would've been included in the tender, plans, elevations, etc and the engineers structural drawings?

It’s a list of all documents you are uploading.

Can be as simple as a word document with

1. CN
2. Opt Out declaration.
3. drawing no 01
4. etc

Hi, thanks for that, i've gotten a reply back from the building control section of the council, they're asking to "Please provide typical construction details for proposed works". I added drawings including plans and elevations in the supporting documents section, what do think they're looking for here and what section do i add it to?

"typical construction details" are details drawings of the typical junctions of the build

ie foundations, rising walls, floors, cils, heads, eaves etc

surely there were details in the tender drawings?

Yes, the drawings I uploaded are detailed, maybe it's the engineers drawings that they're looking for which detail the steel, etc?

They want to see details that demonstrate building regulation compliance.

no, its not "drawings that are detailed" ... its "construction detail drawings"
