    Hi i have a boyfriend and he is illegal immigrant, his overstayed in europe,

    And he is in refugee here in ireland,

    We love each other so much

    And we want to be together,

    Can we get marry?

    So that he can stay here in ireland?

    Yes you can get married. It won't have any effect on his ability to stay here unless your an EU citizen, and even at that, its possible the rules around refugees may be somewhat different

    With Stamp 4 you would need to prove you could support your husband before he could come here..

    Ah.. the optimism that young love will conquer all, but OP you need to secure your own resident status before you start thinking about "anchoring" a partner in.

    Overstayed? that implies student visa or similar time limited visa does it not? so not a refugee.

    But then you say "refugee", eh what? which is it?

    I'm so happy that you love each other so much ❤️ but that gives neither of you right to reside here or elsewhere in the EU.

    Fingal County Council are certainly not competent to be making decisions about the most important piece of infrastructure on the island. They need to stick to badly designed cycle lanes and deciding on whether Mrs Murphy can have her kitchen extension.
