I asked revenue. Was told Select "Review your tax 2019-2022" from the PAYE Services options on the left hand side, - Click "Request" in the Statement of Liability section and you will be able to complete your Income Tax Return. - Claim a credit for Remote Working Expenses in the "Credits/Reliefs" section of your Income Tax…

No you can't unless you worked that day which, if you're on certified sick leave, you should not be working.
Revenue website says
"Note
You can only claim for the days you worked from home as a remote worker. For more information, please see the page "How to calculate allowable remote working costs".
And
"How to calculate allowable remote working costs
You can only claim for the days you worked from home as a remote worker. You cannot include:
weekends or public holidays when you did not have to work
days you took as annual leave
days that you brought work home outside of normal working hours"
