Hi got a soarview connect box but when on satellite if I scroll through channels using programmer up/down button it comes up no signal available. I then revert to soarview then back to satellite and it's working again. This happens every time. Also there's no program info on satellite well there is on some but not on most. Any advice welcome. Does the satellite require 2 feeds

    Thanks

Edited thread title to make clear this is a satellite problem, OP happens to be using a Saorview Connect combo box.

It's best to press the Guide button when on satellite, scroll through the Electronic Programme Guide this way, select the channel/program you want to watch, should work better this way

Also, do you have two satellite input cables fitted, ( 1 for terrestrial and 2 for Satellite)
