AVC payment Cert for Revenue

I paid an avc to an occupational pension plan in October and I have received a certificate which the pension provider has said I need to upload to Revenue. I couldn't see this on the Form 11 and on googling it looks like this upload is only for PAYE workers using My Account. I use ROS as I have other income. Is this…
