Mullingar is a relatively sheltered location, if they break 100 km/hr it will probably indicate 120-140 at more exposed inland locations.

I would say top gust of 132 km/hr at Casement, storm track may not produce for mace head which is often a top contender but if strongest winds go a bit further north than most guidance, then mace head would likely get to 150, some exposed location not at a weather recording site probably will.
