What is the rule on naming accused people in trials

Appreciate this is a general question While its pretty obvious how the trial will go, isnt there a right to privacy for anyone not found guilty yet. We get his name and address nationally.

Absolutely no automatic right once over a certain age (18?) and can be named once charged.
An application for withholding names can be made by the defence (which the judge may or may not accept) or by the prosecution which is usually accepted (this is often a sexual assault case where naming the defendant would also name the victim).
