Three VoWiFi & VoLTE issue

Hello all,

Has any else noticed in the last day or so when connected to 4G/5G and WiFi calling when someone calls you the called ID is "unknown" when I set the phone to 3G caller ID works fine.

Not seeing the issue here on a 3 Business account anyway, are you personal or business?

(Business and personal accounts are managed as separate systems and networks)

Business account we both have the same xiaomi phone so maybe we the issue is down to the device, I'll get on the the chat later.

Ended up having to call them, they are working on it said it's a known issue.

Its an Xiaomi issue.

I'm on a different network with a SIM free Xiaomi and always had to download the Xiaomi.eu software to be able to manipulate the MBN profile for Caller ID to show.

The reason is Three Irelands MBN profile is not present on the software on the phone so it loads a blank, that said if Three sold you the device they should be able to resolve it with Xiaomi as they are carrying there devices but if you didn't you'll need find a similar solution as it won't correct itself.

Nah, my call history shows it was working normally, including for WiFi calls, until just a few days ago. Calls only started appearing as Unknown last Monday.

Can only be a phone software issue though, caller ID is always delivered to the handset, it's the handset software that determines if it displays the ID or not (Hidden or not) also I don't see any other brands having issues.

Phone was working fine for months, no recent software update. Three have said it's a known issue for a number of customers.

Caller ID still working fine on my Vodafone SIM so clearly a Three issue.
