Hikconnect cameras

    Hi i have hikconnect cameras around my house and up to recently , i could see them on both my phone and my wifes phone. Both phones are android. However now we cant see them on the hikconnect app on my wifes phone. I only have a basic knowledge of these so i would grateful if someone could help me using simple language.
