Hi, I tried asking this yesterday but I must have posted it on the wrong forum. Would anyone be able to send me a copy of the Installers manual for hkc sw8/12, my sisters system battery died and when rebooted it does not recognise the keypad.

I would do a full down power, battery and mains.
Then with the battery disconnected see if it sees the keypad.
If it does then replace the battery, 12 V 7 Amp.
