    Weight: 81.7kg

    Height: 176cm

    BMI: 26.4

    Body fat: 22% (measured on Tanita TBF300)

    Goals:

    Lose weight: Target 75kg

    Get fit for running again. Target a half marathon next summer. Not pushed on time, I want the endurance. I'll be happy with 1:50 to 2hrs.

    Strength targets:

    2x BW squat (best was 130kg a few years ago)

    BW bench press (have hit this before)

    30 pull-ups (been over 20 but never hit 30)

    Equipment: I have a gym with cable machine, squat rack, dumbbells, treadmill, rowing machine so no excuses for not turning up.

    Nice easy start.

    Warm-up

    5 mins skipping rope

    5 mins rowing machine

    5 mins bike

    Pullups - 9 total. 2,1,1,2,3

    Running

    15 mins HR Z2 on treadmill

    No running or pull-ups today. Both on the agenda tomorrow.

    Enjoyed the session. Skipped a lot of breaks between sets.
