Is using second hand radiators risky to the system?

    I need a vertical radiator badly to get extra heat to my extension the corner only allows space for a vertical unfortunately and they are 5/6 hundred euro for what I need which is 10000 btu output.

    any plumbers on here know the risks of buying one of these second hand ? Can it threaten my new boiler in any way ?
