Posting a cheque to a branch for lodgement.

Have a cheque and a lodgement docket, can these be posted to a local branch / dropped in branch letterbox in order for the cheque to be lodged to account? Thanks. (Not me, elderly person who can't get to bank at present).

Thanks for getting in touch.
You can post cheques to a branch, however we would not recommend this. If our customer has a Visa Debit Card and it is a Euro cheque, this can be lodged at an external ATM at one of our branches. You can also lodge cheques at a post office.
