Greek restaurant on main street, opposite the burnaby, did it open this weekend?

Harbour Kitchen, over the beachouse.. restaurant/cafe?

Passed by Yamas (the new greek place) yesterday and it looked packed.

A quick glance also suggest that the food looked yummy.

there's a new place going into the building that was Shoe Lane - run by the same people as the Pigoenhouse in Delgany I think. Good to see some new places to eat, despite Greystones reputation as a foodie spot, the selection of actual sit-down restaurants isn't great.

Any dates for the new bakeries? Bread41 have apparently been moving into Davis Motors for an awfully long time!

also imminent, Base Woodfired Pizza beside Aldi. Woodfired pizza is the new ice-cream apparently - we'll have nearby:

• Enso
• Base
• Bocelli
• Sonnys
• The Pizza Truck at the South Beach
• 84Woodfire at the Boat Yard
• Firehouse in Delgany
• Pizza This at the Carraig
• Pizza Shack in Kilcoole
• Wicklow Wolf in Newtown

that's leaving aside the various mainstream pizza chains.

Delighted to hear about Yamas as just back from Greece myself and also agree with previous poster as the sitdown spots aren't the greatest - will look forward to the new venture and hope it does well.

Was in there on opening night. Very nice cosy spot, food was excellent and reasonably priced.

Phew the price of the dishes on that menu! A pet hate of mine is that you have to order the potatoes and veg etc as sides that don't come with mains by default. Sounds delicious though.

all menus look expensive to me these days, the cost of eating out has rocketed in the last few years, stuff that was €12 is now €20!

Yeah it's staggering. Way above inflation rates as well. Starters now the price of mains etc.

I remember getting a meal years and years ago fore £1 - now that's inflation!
