Have many applied this year? I had my medical today and physical fitness test is scheduled for next week. I would love some feedback/advice from people that have already been through this recruitment process.

From what I know of lads working there who were hired recently, the hours are absolutely awful and bordering on illegal.

I don't know that.

My main issue with the job is new recruits working alongside the old lads who are sitting doing the same/less work but because they're on old Aer rianta contracts, they're earning double or triple the wage of new lads.

As far as I know over 200 now down to 40.

I did work assessments today in airport hope I did enough to get through for interview.

At 49 I'm one of the oldest I think that applied so here's hoping.
