I make it 1496 blocks/34 pallets to nearest pallet, rounded up.

89 blocks per row. 14 rows gives 1540mm in height. 1246 blocks. circa 1300 allowing for breakage.

Hope you're allowing for piers in the wall, and is the 1.5m wall height from ground level or foundation level?

Thanks guys for all the contributions, had to wait for approval for the post hence I didn't see any replies till now.

Learned more about the site last night from a neighbour so foundations may need to go deeper to find decent ground

Assuming 675 rising walls, I'm calculating 2088 blocks allowing for piers every 6 meters.

Was going for 4" on flat and expansion joints at 6m on the one piece that is 27 m long, rest is shorter, would you still need piers, for say 1200 net above ground level?

If so what size piers?

yeah i'd place a pier at each expansion joint, pier only needs to be 18 inches, a block on edge either side of the block on flat and lay them across on the next course, depends the look you are going for of course
