So was on the train from Waterford-Dublin Hueston yesterday and due to a 'tragic incident' on the line the service stopped at Athy and they could not source buses to get to Dublin. Got off at Carlow and got the Expressway bus to Dublin Am I entitled to a refund and/or rebate for my bus ticket ?

They should give you a refund, if you have your expressway ticket submit that as well.
They had the line open very quick this time. I think the train was only an hour late in the end.

You will get a refund on your original ticket if the delay was over an hour. You won't get a refund on your bus ticket.
