Buying a property- tenants have been handed notice

    Hi,

    Looking at buying a property- There are tenants in situ but were handed notice last month. Estate agent has advised the tenants have until Feb 2024 to move out.

    Is it best just to not even bother bidding when the house isn't already in a state of vacant possession ?
