    Hi! Looking for some advice

my local council submitted a part 8 in 2019 on a significant amount of land which had to be withdrawn due to planning breaches, no ecological study and push back from the area.

In the last week they have began clearing said land under the premise of ‘site inspections’ however it has come to light that they are going to clear the whole 8 acres of wild forestry under the guise of site inspections without planning being submitted. We are all well aware that they are doing this to limit the amount of objections for intrusion on wild life.

Can they do this and is there any body this can be escalated to? Local councillors don’t have a clue what is going on.

    thanks

    K
