Im on a desktop PC so not sure if the Temu site is displayed the same on other devices. But up to the right of "Orders & Account" theres a little icon that looks something like a WhatsApp notification. Click on that and you will have an option to "Chat with Temu"

on the app there’s an icon of headphones then scroll down to the bottom for “contact us”

Type minimum order after reply type remove restriction after reply agree to remove it

worked for myself ages ago and a few people I know recently

You'd be surprised! The more expensive pair were 11 euro and they are nice and darker when on than the cheaper pair I got for 9 euro.

Same brand in amazon costs over 20 euro on there.

There's glasses in AliExpress that have a video of them using some sort of UV sensor to prove they have UV400 protection. Obviously this could be faked too but I'd say it's genuine in most cases.

Anyone else spot the price adjustment button in order details?

The costs of both pairs went down after I ordered so I got an instant refund on the price difference in the form of credit on my Temu account. Haven't seen this feature before.

Edit: Meant to quote OmegaGene in this post.

Price reduction has always been there - can get a lot of money back, just check your orders before 30 days after delivery else it goes away

Funny I've just got that €25 min to check out.

No they won't remove it, that's it for me with Temu.

Im not sure what everyone else sees but it clearly says at the top of every page that it's free delivery on all orders. Take a snap of that and get a live agent to discuss it with. That's what I did with my very first order and I never had to pay for delivery after that.

I did do live chat, they won't remove it, been ordering since November.

It is free delivery when you reach €25 order now ,well for me anyway.

The chat bot flat out refused to remove the shipping minimum, kept telling me it was a new policy to cut down on waste.. Makes sense I guess, I placed a lot of small orders but they were then all shipped together, but thousands must place small orders.

The bot did give me a 5euro refund on a late item though so I'm happy, item itself was. 79 cents, you'd wonder how they can turn a profit with a policy like that 👀

Has anyone successfully had the new €25 minimum order removed. The chat bot thingy doesn't work anymore

I showed 2 people how to do it a fortnight ago and it worked

It was only changed (3?) days ago, if anyone gets it to work since the app changes I would love to know how, I like buying temu but €25 minimum order at a time is a bit much for me, a lot of the time I'm bargain shopping.. Though I could be the type they want to filter out with the change 😂

all orders have a price reduction button after the order is shipped. If any item reduces in price they will refund the difference to credit immediately.

I usually get a price adjustment on all orders

I'm getting €20 minimum. Prefer AliExpress anyway.

Im back to AliExpress. Their choices thing has a tenner delivery limit and they have a wider selection. Temu made them cop on to quicker delivery. Not as quick as Temu but at least you don't have to buy 25 euro of inevitable crap to satisfy the purchasing impulsiveness.

Just discovered the €25 min order. I use Temu a lot! Got 32 items delivered today! Followed your instructions but didn't get the free shipping. What I did get was a coupon for €10 off a €20 spend so I'm happy enough with that! I have three days to use it which shouldn't be a problem!

it’s been changing for different people at different stages, maybe it changed 3 days ago for you but plenty have come here in the past and got help and had it removed

No worries, maybe the case but at the moment they won't lift the restriction, for whatever reason they look to be applying it only to certain accounts if you still have free shipping. I opened a new account and the first order was free no minimum but it's back to 25 now for second order 🤷

The minimum order popup appears only after you hit Submit order on that page.

Well the dreaded €25 min spend has now hit my account after a year. I went to order a few things earlier and they wouldnt budge on it. Talked at length to a rep but despite a threat of closing my account they still stuck to the minimum spend. Ah well it was good while it lasted.

The min spend is no different than Amazon if not on Prime so it's not really a deal breaker

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 567 ✭✭✭Enrico Palazzo

Temu sells low value products and, at least for me, it will be much more difficult to find enough items that I actually need to reach that minimum. I will rather spend a bit more to buy the same from amazon or from aliexpress, where the threshold for their free Choice delivery is only Є10 and the product range is exponentially bigger, so I can always find something useful, as a filler. Also, Amazon may have a similar minimum, but the average size of their parcel is way bigger than the envelopes in which Temu cram the orders. There is no such thing as a free delivery, someone pays for it and it was only a matter of time until Temu changed that intro policy, but Є25 is too much for what they sell and for how they deliver.

temu are offering more coupons lately which is handy, if the €25 hits my account it won’t bother me I can always pad out an order with gym clothes or kids clothes

Free shipping on all orders, yet €25 minimum

Wonder how many customers can they afford to lose before thinking the €25 is abit much.
