Really Ts and Cs apply. How hard is it to say terms and conditions apply like a normal person? This really bugs me. Thankfully I do not listen to radio much so do not hear it much.

On TV the terms, legally, are displayed at the bottom of the screen. On radio, they are legally bound to declare what the T&Cs are. It would be nonsense to do so at anything but a speeded spiel.
