Under 14 standing in 3 Arena

How strict are the 3 arena in terms of letting under 14s into the standing section? I'd love to bring my 12 year old son to Muse in later this month as his first gig but don't want to end up standing outside for the whole thing if we aren't let in.

    Any experience or thoughts?

Very strict. They will most likely move you to upstairs seating

You should have no problem, brought my lad (now 16) to Megadeth when he was 8 and we had no problem standing.

What I did do however was later during the gig asked security if we could go upstairs to free seats as he was getting tired.

Slayer and Iron Maiden as well he was under 14 and again no issues

Seems to be down to who you get on the door!

There were lots of kids on their Dad's shoulders at the last Maiden gig
