Can I get any grants for a house built in 2012

    Hi,

    My house was built in 2012. internal insulation 90mm and BER B1. Gas heated. Solar panels helping out with hot water. Air tightness with sand cement.

    Wondering, can I get a grant for anything or is that only for house built prior to 2011?

    Solar PV grant is available

    Heat pump grant might also be an option

    If it's only heating water and feeds direct to the hot water tank, you have solar thermals.

    Solar PV is what people talk about here. They generate electricity. If you don't have them already, there is a grant. Max of 2400 depending on size of system.

    And a 600 quid grant for electric charger too.
