HKC RF Device tamper inhibit possible?

    Greetings!

Son recently replaced SW10270 with same panel - original was in situ when house purchased and couldn't access functions due to non default engineer code. Threw the baby out with the bath water and just bought a new one. He gave the old one to me for disposal, so if anyone wants it, pm me.

And so to the topic. The house was set up with only RF devices - apart from the keypad which was wired. We followed the proper procedure and 'attached' and identified all the devices (sensors and a internal sounder. Outside RF SABB is not connected as we had no ladder and the box battery is probably dead at this stage. But that's for another day). Anyway, during the installation we replaced all the batteries. So, that's out of the way. But... occasionally one or other device will register a Tamper alert. No one is tampering with them, and all the tamper loops are tight. Is there a way to permanently inhibit the tamper function? The sensors are different ages, judging by the degree of yellowing of the plastic. Its fair to say that the two that give off tamper alerts are quite yellow at this stage. I'm thinking they've probably had it. But before lashing out a few bob, if the only thing that's compromised is the tamper function, well, in the interim, we could save few bob and just disable that.

Cheers and thanks for any and all observations or advice.
