[Closed] Lack of help by An Post and staff rudeness and arrogance

I posted a Birthday Card from London to my granddaughter in Galway on 18/09/2023 and it is still held at An Post in Dublin where they say that Custom Declaration forms should should have accompanied it even though it is of no value. It would mean a lot to our little girl as she has just become a teenager. They refuse to return the card and refuse to forward it. One member of staff was so rude, arrogant, unhelpful and actually hung up on me. He intimated that all cards or letters coming from the U.K. must be accompanied by Customs Declaration Forms regardless of value. This can’t possibly be true. WHAT CAN I DO. HI
