Apparently Bill Gates is setting up a company to I sh1t you not, grow trees and bury them in caves, a bonkers idea to say the least, on the other hand a possible way to salvage something from it is Terra Preta , lock carbon into the earth which would help agricultural production. The idea would be to carbonise wood using solar powered system which would then create a product that would have an economic value. does it have any merit as an idea? at least it would have some benefit instead of grifting carbon credits

A belief in gender identity involves a level of faith as there is nothing tangible to prove its existence which, as something divorced from the physical body, is similar to the idea of a soul. - Colette Colfer

sounds like a horrendous idea (i haven't watched the video) - yet more pressure to treat trees as a crop.
