Best alternative to the Apple Store Genius Bar in Dublin?

Does anyone have suggestions for the best way to get consumer technical support with an Apple IPhone and Apple Watch in Dublin?

I'm seeking something like the Apple Store Genius Bar for my father, somewhere in the Dublin area.

He is trying to upgrade his Iphone and Apple Watch and despite trying for several days can't get the new phone to pair with this old watch as the Watch OS upgrade won't complete.

I'm working abroad for a while so can't help him with it - are there any recommended Tech Support shops that specialise in this area in the Dublin area that could do it for him?

    many thanks

OP you can go to i-connect.ie on Henry St in Dublin they have technical services in store.

Thanks Marty, I'll suggest that to him. He would find getting into Henry Street hard - is there any service out there that would visit someones home? I've tried diagnosing the issue over whatsapp video call but it's just not possible to make progress. This kind of thing probably doesn't exist but thought to check.

Just trying to help, he might need to unpair his old watch first before he can pair, I ran into same issue recently.

    Unpair Apple Watch

    1. Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
    2. Tap My Watch, then tap All Watches at the top of the screen.
    3. Tap i
    4.  next to the Apple Watch you want to unpair, then tap Unpair Apple Watch
    the Info button
