Noise in Rathmines

Does anyone know what the loud music is in Lower Rathmines that's been going pretty much non-stop since 7pm? It sounds like either an outdoor DJ or a dance party, coming from somewhere near St Mary's.

I assumed it was coming from Ballsbridge and the Aviva, given the wind direction - sounded a bit like the American college band

I think you're right about Noel, which would also explain the dance music from Sat night (Tiesto) and whoever is playing there tonight.
