Transfer to different part of the public sector - from civil service to HSE

    Hi, does anyone know how my salary is effected if I transfer from civil service to HSE? I’m pt6 civil service Clerical Officer scale and I’ve been offered a HSE grade IV post. Will I go into HSE on pt6 of their grade IV scale (around €40k)? Or the closest point on HSE scale to my current pay €32,500 so HSE grade IV pt2 €33,500?

    You definitely won't go in at point 6 of the grade IV scale anyway. That wouldn't make any sense.
