Got Laptop back from repair - slight remaining fault. Is it justified to send it back again?

I have tech insurance with Curry's.

A few weeks ago the screen stopped working, then then entire computer stopped functioning at all.

Sent it for repair via my tech insurance, came back with a replaced screen.

There's a dead pixel however which I immediately noticed.

It's just one pixel but, on black screen settings it's kind of annoying.

    ......

If I send it back for further investigation, would that be excessive, or would they expect me to simply live with it? (as they may feel it's too minor to warrant a repair).

The screen is still within the 90 day warranty period mentioned on their repair information letter.

    ....

Thoughts? (machine is one year old btw).
