BOI Online Mortgage Viewer

Hi BOI,

I just setup an account on the BOI Online Mortgage Viewer to view my mortgage details, but I notice that the tool isn't able to show me transactions or payments to the mortgage account, only the remaining mortgage value?

Is the functionality of this tool due to be improved in the near future or is this as far as it's going? It's severely lacking really!

That mortgage hub is no more than link to the mentioned sub-standard mortgage viewer, and a glorified contact form through which requests for changes (as opposed to true self-service capabilities) can be raised.

In this day and age it should really not be too much to expect to be able to get online read capabilities similar to what's available for loans, deposit and current accounts via your 365 platform.

As the holder of an acquired KBC mortgage I actually raised with your colleagues via twitter the ridiculous situation where 365 offers a facility to add a mortgage account, but you can't actually do it when you try to act on it. Unsurprisingly nothing has changed since that time, almost 6 months ago now.
