    Hi

Please help me with my below query -

Individual A and B are legal partners.

Individual A is longtime resident of Ireland and is currently on stamp 4.

Individual B is on dependent visa i.e. Stamp 1G spouse visa.

Individual B is working full time in a Irish company for 8 months now.

Can individual B apply for a mortgage as a single applicant keeping all the above conditions in light ??

Note: individual A is not a co-applicant for this mortgage.

Hi there, Thanks for getting in touch with us.

We would advise you to contact our mortgage department and one of our mortgage advisors can certainly discuss your options with you as this would be out of our remit to advise on this platform. The number you can call is 01-6113333. The team is available from 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri.

You can also book an appointment in your nearest Branch to discuss this with one of our mortgage advisors. Please see attached our online booking form where you can book an appointment for a date that suits you.
