Broken Espag window lock

    I have a MILA Espag window lock which needs to be replaced (the gearing mechanism is broken). It has a 28mm backset which MILA no longer manufacture. The entire thing is 950mm long.

    Does anyone know where I could find a replacement?

    I'm looking for one of these too, I think.

    One of the ones with a 'single mushroom' lock.

    From what I can see on YouTube, it might be possible to get a cheap, albeit different, one on Amazon and install it yourself without too much hassle. That's what I'm going to try anyway before calling the window repair guy.
