    Hi,

Anyone here taking BOI to court after the terrible technology outage this week? I was unable to transfer money and to check my account, now they also blocked it.

What are you going to sue them for? Under the terms and conditions (section 9.7) that you are deemed to have agreed to by operating your personal account they are not liable for any interuption to the operation of your account due to failures of computer software or hardware etc

There's also no such thing as a class action lawsuit under Irish law with the sole exception of GDPR.
