Am I exempt from USC

    I'm starting a job at the end of the month so by the end of 2023 I will have earned less than 13000 so does that mean I don't pay USC off my wages for the rest of the year?

    Basically does that 13000 income limit apply to the rest of this year or does it mean total 12 months you're working?
