Any recommendations? Live across the road from Verve Gym above SuperValu on the forest Rd, but considering Flyefit due to the free classes and mon-fri 24 hr opening! Early 40's and want to get in shape. Thanks

I'd avoid Flye unless you love queueing! FBT is a great gym. Can be busy too, but they have free classes and a good personal atmosphere.
