Where to go in town to meet guys

Not sure where the best place to post this is so please move if necessary…

my friend broke up with her boyfriend and wants to meet a new guy like fast. Were going out on Friday or Saturday night in Dublin City and wanted to know the best bar or club to bring her to so she’d get chatted up? Where do the opposite sex talk to each other… we’re 30 thanks

coppers? supposed to be the best place to pull even though I never have but only been there around 4 times id say. could have pulled but I didnt fancy the women I met there and had a girlfriend another time, turned down a really nice swiss doctor for the wagon I was going out with. 😫

music was awful in coppers but I found the people to be very friendly, random lads would chat to you in the toilets etc.

Just walk around George's St, Camden St, Dame lane area. The area by the Stags Head can be good fun.

Pick any bar which looks lively and good craic. I'm not sure what's the happening spot right now but it'll be in that area. Maybe someone here could fill you in or maybe research online.

Men will be more likely to chat you up, the later the evening gets. People are tentative until they loosen up after a few drinks.

Alternatively try Temple Bar area which is more expensive and almost 100% tourists but it could be good craic also. Maybe it's easier to break the ice with tourists.

In Coopers you'll almost certainly get hit on. It's implicit you're looking for something there.

I agree with her thinking. I always went out on the pull the same day I was dumped and pulled, always made me fell better.

You dont have to pull though, I fell in love by mistake with someone I was good friends with, problem was she was taken, when I realized I was in love with my friend, I was all over the place and depressed for a couple of weeks but someone I met through work started texting me around this time, this totally got my mind off my friend, it was great.
