Does anyone know the truth about what happened to Chris & Chiara? Their 2FM show seemed to end abruptly a couple years ago. There was no 'goodbye' or mention of them thereafter. Nothing is mentioned on their social media accounts from what I can find. Strangely, they still appear on the RTE website and you can listen to their recordings but haven't been on the air on 2 years.

you could say the same thing about Dave Fanning, his regular weekend show came to an abrupt end.

He made an announcement and updated listeners that it was ending though, no? Neither of them have mentioned it or ever given a warning

Are they trying to go we were staff and restatement to alternative roles or something else with WRC case. Ratings from memory were poor and obviously demoted over the term with 2fm. Nightmare to keep unwanted talent about long term.

There must be more threads on this forum asking about their whereabouts, than they had to their weekend program.

Incidentally, I believe she's covering Ray Darcy's program right now.

I do, As IF Things weren't bad enough for RTE, Chris is on the verge of winning a WRC case which will mean RTE will have to pay him backpack + prsi backdated and reinstate him.
