So myself and my mate have different opinions on the following and I cant access the proper site to get clarification but some of you guys probably know the correct version.

When renewing a driving licence at 70 years old is a medical report required? I say that its not unless you have a specified illness or condition and my mate says it doesnt matter how healthy you are you still need the GP's report. Can anyone clarify please?
