    im currently making €20K/year and getting 10% of profits made commision. selling a good bit, been here a year as a sales trainee, looking to re-negotiate my contract now. Have proved i can sell to manager, he sees me here for the long run. Looking for advice on what i should ask for. Whats the average base pay for a sales exec and should i ask for a higher commision rate? All replies appreciated
