IE screens on platforms

I have two comments / complaints to make about the screens on the platform.

If a train is late, as the departure time passes, the screen refreshs to show the next departure, even though the first train has not arrived yet.

This means a pax looking at the screen could well think that the first train has come and gone, whereas it hasn't.

Second, yesterday a particular service was cancelled, and replaced by bus. There was no mention of this on the screen or over the intercom. There was no signage at the station.

I noticed a coach pull into the car park, thought it was unusual.

A few mins later I checked IE Twitter, and read about the bus substitution. Too late.

    Bad form by IE.
