Renewing a BoI Credit/Debit Card while living Abroad.

    I have a friend, who lives abroad, and wishes to renew his BoI Credit Card, and getting the new card by post is not pratical. He is due to travel to Ireland in a month or so. Can he get his cards renewed and sent to a Branch, and does it have to be the branch where his account is? And how long would it take please ?
