LG 77" OLEDs

After deciding against the Philips 77" OLEDs I was looking at the LG 77" OLED options and I was close to going with the C2 but I saw there was an offer for the G2 with the GX Soundbar included however it seems you are out of stock of G2. Will there be more 77" G2s and if so is it possible to order now and get the current price with the GX Soundbar offer?

Many thanks for coming back to us.

There is still stock of the 77G2 but with the current deal it has went instore only collection and we are unable to ship them. Currently priced at 3699€ with the free GX soundbar.

The 77C2 is also an instore only collection unfortunately and if you pay in sterling at £2899 then you get the free USC9S free of charge. This deal is only available at the sterling price.

Might collection be a possibility?

Both are listed up as call and collect on our .ie website.

Received and thanks! I was expecting DPD and got one of the RS staff who explained the ins and outs of unboxing it. Hope no one was put out of their way to do that!

We would never use DPD for delivering a TV of that value :) We do have a specialist courier for our TV deliveries but my colleague from Dublin was here in Belfast collecting some things from the store in a van so we thought it would be better if we delivered it ourselves to ensure it was treated with the upmost care.

However if you don't have your heart completely set on the LGs have an amazing deal on the Philips 77OLIED807 which is down from £3499 to just £2399/2799 euro. It has a great 4K OLED panel, an Android operating system and ambilight as well as HDMI2.1 support and VRR.

Thanks for those David, are there any of the C2 panels available as mentioned earlier in the thread? is there that much of a step up between the C2 and C3 revisions?

The Philips offer looks hard to beat....

btw do you do recycling of the old TV? can it be removed at time of delivery?

Is there delivery cost associated with the panels you've recommended?

The C2 series is now discontinued unfortunately and has been replaced with the new C3s.

That Philips is a fantastic TV and very similarly spec'd to the C2, it's also a great price at the moment. We can certainly collect a TV for recycling - if you let us know what size of TV it is and have it ready for the courier they can collect it upon delivery.

Let me know if you'd like to go ahead with one of those!

I would if I could but it's dropped an extra £100 as well from £2499 to £2399 so the web price would be the best I have available I'm afraid!
