Swapping student accommodation

    Hi. I have 2 kids in nuig this coming term. One in 3rd year who was in digs and other going into 1st Yr. Applied for student accommodation for both in New student residence , dunlin. Of course the new starter got a room (do 1st yrs get prioritised?) but the 4th Yr unsuccessful.

    My hope is to give the room to the son in 4th year and other lad go into digs but that will mean the room will be used by eldest son even though its in his brothers name. Logic would tell me this isn't an issue, same family, same person paying bill but is this allowed? I contemplated ringing up and asking bit then I'd be highlighting it so considering chancing it and see how we go.
