    Hi

My partner applied for a single mortgage. He is working and we have deposit in a joint account which he contributes mostly to.

Bank of Ireland have pushed for us to go for a joint mortgage but I am currently not employed and because of this my bank account isn't the cleanest.

We are going to get back to them soon to say no we only want to proceed with a single mortgage. Has anyone been in a similar position??
