anyone know if tsb has any external lodgement machines available around dublin to use on a sunday

Probably too late for you now if you wanted to lodge yesterday, but Blanchardstown and Liffey Valley both fit this bill. The ones in Blanchardstown are in front of the bank unit in the main concourse of the shopping centre, and the ones in Liffey Valley are completely outside, at the door that comes in under the food court.
