I have planning approval for takeaway layout, builder is asking for engineer written notes why

    Planning map has all the details, all specified appliances clearly in map.. but builder still insisting for engineer help regarding appliances layout for kitchen..

    Engineer said he didn't have time, he recommended some other person. Who is asking further 6000 euro for kitchen layout supervision..I don't think this is right thing.. we already paid 10000 euro to engineer for planning permission. It's simply kitchen layout. Can you please give some advice what should we do. Should we change builder.. as map is clearly specified everything. But builder doesn't look confidence.. also second engineer looking for 6000 again for approved map why is that? Please give your opinion on this.
