Can't get damaged lens filter off

I stupidly dropped my 50mm lens the other day. There was a UV filter on it that smashed and took most of the burden.

Now I can't unscrew this off the main lens. It just won't budge. Any ideas how I might get it off or anyone I could bring this to, to get it fixed?

funny enough I had to do this yesterday , used a small pliers an wiggled it back and forward and it popped off , one small chip on the lens casing but seems to be ok .

eventhough this is for jars lids, the internal gripper part is less than the height of UV filter.
