    My employer wants to move me from weekly to monthly payroll and has suggested a financial incentive , what is the going rate?

    My employeer did that a few years back, it was a mixtures of weekly and monthly on the payroll.

    All they offered was two week salary,

    Whatever about the norm, it there is one, you'd certainly want to ensure you get sufficient funds to bridge the gap between Switching from weekly to monthly. I mean if you get paid at the end of one week and then have to wait for four weeks for the next payment that is a big gap.
