48 ie extremely low speeds

    Hi, I recently ordered a 48.ie Sim and trying it out in my portable wifi Hotspot device (Huawei e5576). I'm getting extremely low speeds of about 1 or 1.5 mbps download speed and upload speed of max 3 mbps. I live in Cork. Previously when I used eir Sim in the same portable wifi device I used to get speeds of upto 20 megs, but 48.ie seems very, very low speeds. Anybody else getting very low speeds with 48.ie?
